I wouldn't upgrade to TH9 yet. You have quite a lot left to do and farming as a TH8 is considerably easier.

Rush to TH 11 as soon as possible. Don't even worry about upgrading defenses just get to TH 11 ASAP.....

Work on your base and try to max it out as much as possible before moving on. Also moving on to a new TH prematurely at the time of current loot crisis is not a smart move. You'll have to work a LOT more to get up to speed vs. if you rushed pre-update.

Absolutely not, you still have a lot of upgrades that are not maxed. Walls, collectors, mortars, wiz towers, teslas, cannons, bombs, its like everything is nowhere near max for TH8.

I'm sorry to say but you are nowhere near the place to upgrade to TH9

I'm not trying to be critical but I want you to understand, TH9 is a completely different beast from TH8 and below.

You will feel like you hit a brick wall and your progress will halt quite a bit. Right now you can loot TH7s, which is great because they are so weak.

If you can play in sessions then hit the upgrade button. Also nothing much really changed for rushed bases in this update.
