    surprising since this update was supposed to be a money grab with all the people they thought were going to start trophy pushing to get their proper leagues

    guess they'll just have to settle for all the TH11 gemmers.

    Not sustainable. I love coc. I'm still trying to overcome things in game, but for all the people that " love the update" or " still make great loot" use some understanding and look at it with perspective. Other people have different play styles, either
    in time played throughout day or level of base and army.

    Retention and earning is so drastically different based on you curve, let's say you are a new th10, you have th9 troops and defenses. You are matched up with almost exclusively th10, only ones with loot are max th10, all that loot is in multiple storages
    all over the base, you won't get a bonus or reach half the storages, you will likely run deficit on elixir or dark lix trying to even reach loot. You are saving towards the most expensive upgrades on the game, anytime you reach 4 million or more of a resource
    You will be 3 star and lose maximum available. Me, I'm not in that boat, but from seeing clanmates and other speak and keeping track of what I see nexting etc, I know that a lot of people are in the slowest grind possible. If not maybe even a grind with no
    progression if they can't play enough to earn more than their losses. Realize I am making it, I had a th10 max defense, 35/32 heroes, lava walls, and I'm a new th11. And I made transition when a lot of other people did so not to many max th11 for me to have to
    raid. But like I said, with my bonus and some decent bases that I find, I can profit on 2/3 different types of resources, but my gowiwi is stupid expensive. Feel free to tell me what I am experiencing isn't normal, or how I am wrong etc. Clash on!
    I'm not going to argue with you there, but we all knew TH10 was broken before the update, and TH11 is just piling broken on top of broken. That's why I'm staying at TH9 until they fix TH10 (at least).

    Really, you had to know that it would be very difficult to farm as a TH11 before you upgraded...

    You are right, and I made transition to th11 knowing problems of th10 and that a lot of balancing would be needed for both. All in all I like the things about th11, eagle artillery isn't nearly as powerful as what they showed us at clashcon and the animation is different as well. I think one if the most disappointing things was that loot bonuses were supposed to be significantly increased. I think these bonuses were marginally increased for the most part. But I'm going to wait and see what if anything supercell does to remedy some of the things being talked about.

    When you lose the bottom layer there is then not enough to support the next layer up so you lose the next layer up. And so the process repeats.
    It behaves very much like an educational establishment. The bottom courses are not profitable so you cut them. Now there are less people coming through to the next level courses so they in turn become unprofitable so you cut them to........
    I predict that if left the loss of causal players will lead to even less targets and trophies for the serious money paying players. When that happens they will either stop playing or just chew on each others bones in a closed elitist competition, steadily loosing there less successful players.

    Lucky you. You got above the wall before the update and clearly have very little idea what is going to take to get above mid TH9 now.

    Op makes some good points...I would like them to make one gem boost permanent. I would spend a dime a day usd to get double production. Solves loot problem and solves revenue stream problem....millions of players paying a dime a day to boost adds up. Also agree with giving back a partial shield to snipers. If you are willing to part with 1/5 of your loot so be it give me a 6 to 8 hour shield

    I'm back up at 2000 trophies (kept getting bounced up by unsuccessful raids, and couldn't be bothered to keep stating down, because dropping trophies kills my shield). Now trying to find a base to raid. Just spent the last FIFTEEN MINUTES nexting through bases with infernos. It's f*ing boring. The game is not fun these days.

    I do not have troops strong enough to carry out a successful raid on an inferno base and still make a good profit. There is no point in training a full war army if I only get 50% of the base and raid 200k pink and 2k dark (if I'm lucky) - because it will cost me at least that amount in my army anyway. So I do not do them. The only option is to skip inferno bases. But EVERY BLOODY BASE is now an inferno base, and it's a waste of my life skipping through them.

    The game is broken

    This seems like a no brainer to me as well... 1 gem boost is super tempting to run all the time and it will draw in revenue from more people.

    I wish they would build in a smarter boosting interface where I could determine a boost period by gems spent.
    IE: I get a new screen that shows the collector types and asks how many days I want to boost each. Then I'm presented with a gem total that I accept and away it goes....

    The problem you have is a Poison Lvl 4 then a Poison Lvl 3 spell used after the lvl 4 spell was used. Photoshopped IMO
