I think you're vastly overstating the case OP, but I do agree that loot isn't as bad as many here make it out to be.

I wouldn't say loot is superior to pre-update (and I expected it to dry up a bit post update, as everyone should have), but it's not grossly worse either.

My raids from last night show good profit, focusing on dark elixir for heroes. These raids aren't necessarily "killing it," but they're pretty decent for a Gibarch army. And you can see, I'm not sitting on my phone all the time raiding the instant my army is cooked. 6 raids over 3.5 to 4 hours while cooking/eating dinner with the wife, walking the dog, watching the nightly news, etc. is moderately "casual" in my opinion:

I agree I'm a th8 in masters3 and finding great loot plus the bonus. Can't complain here

I'm high Champs 2 and I don't see that loot unless it's sitting in a maxed out 10. I sure as hell can't get it as a TH 9.

See, this is what I am talking about. This guy confirms what I said. A th9 in champs? There is the problem with most of you complainers. You are in the wrong league. Sniping TH or dead bases in champs for a th9 must have brought in more loot per day than I make but now you can't do that.
You could either move to a lower league and attack as efficiently as possible or you whine. Many on the forums choose to whine.

Btw I don't think this update was the best. I think the TH should still give a shield and hold lots of loot. I think there needs to be more loot injected into the system to replace the snipe loot.
You can pretend I work for SC but I am just stating facts. Loot has never been so good for me.

And as you can see the forums are all a buzz about how much loot there is. The new iTunes rating of 2.6 shows everyone's extremely happy and since supercells stock is falling, people obviously are making so much loot they don't need gems anymore!
