You're typing like they HAVE to put out a statement, which isn't the case. They can choose to, if they want, but anything they say WILL be criticized. So why do it? Let it blow over and if they lose people, that's just unloyal customers walking away because they are unable to accept change. Doesn't matter, they'll get more people in that will spend even more money because they are starting from scratch and have to progress a lot farther than you or I have left.
I have the RIGHT to get a statement.
Here is what happened, and why I am angry:
-They made a game
-I put in TIME and MONEY
-They changed the game
-My TIME and my MONEY is in a game I know hate
-I want my TIME and MONEY back or my old game back
Let me get this straight. I am in favour of new ideas and new games. I totally am. But they have NO right to drastically change a game like this, which we paid for with TIME and MONEY. Say all you want. If suddenly the makes of Call of Duty decide to eliminate anyone who uses a silencer, just because 'that's not how we meant it to be played' they would get burned down. It's EXACTLY the same. They gave us a game and changed it, they simply changed it which makes it a totally different game.
It is practically unheard of for any company to not respond following thousands of valid unique complaints. I don't buy the 'it's only a small percentage of total player base' argument. Corporations like the BBC respond to only a few dozen matching complaints. They are treating us like a bunch of chumps.
The two main stickies about update have over 10k negative feedbacks and 800k views and still no response? Don't mention the pre- update interview. The double-think apparent in that is worthy of George W at his best.

How do you expect to get your time back? and the money you spent, one could argue that those services have already been rendered.
And to the OP

Chill everyone, chill.I understand that changes to shields/PBTs are not to everyone's liking and it will require some time to adjust. But we did listen and we are still listening to your feedback, we did some improvements to the Personal Break timers and should we find more ways to improve it further, we will do so.
We are also looking into resources, as well as TH balancing, but these adjustments require time. It's a brand new system out there, we need to carefully think of ways that will benefit all players.
Change doesn't happen overnight.
