Good base make sure to max everything before u go to th9 also try get barb king to lvl 2 or 3 before

Air defences and wizard towers are in awkward, exposed positions. Everything obviously need upgrading, and I'm confuse as to why your town hall is inside? You don't need it inside unless you're trophy hunting. I don't see why you would be, at only 1400 trophies, but if you are, I advise against it until your defence buildings are a little stronger.

Try to get the wizard towers covering the storages better. To me the two on the bottom right are wasted. Yes they protect the DE, but you've got none.
You could probably benefit from farming as well. If you don't know what this is then please search the forum.
The reason I say that is because your base is quite under developed (low defences / low walls etc). It would be better to give away your TH in exchange for a free 12 hour shield and at the same time, protect the resources you do have.
