Army composition for 200?

I need a new army composition for 200 troops. I have level four of all units except the healer and dragon, with both at level two. I'm only th 7 and my clan is doing a trophy push, I am finding the battles harder right now with my weaker cost effective army of 12 giants, 8 WBs, and rest archers. I don't want to resort to using my expensive army of 5 dragons, 5 WBs, and rest archers. I am currently at 1853 trophies. Are there any other cost effective armies to use? Or any good strategies for deploying my current army?

At th7, there are only 3 spells

I use an average T1 army.

~10 Giants, 10 wallbreakers (can be modified against tougher bases)
~ 60 barbarians, 70 archers

I used this army to around 2100. A healer is a possibility but I wouldn't recommend it as the level 4+ ADs are widespread in the 1800+ zone.

Spells: Lightning against cc if you feel uncomfortable with luring, and Rage/Healing. Personally I prefer healing for the giants as they don't have the best DPS.

You will be skipping a lot, look for easy bases with a lot of buildings on the outside.

Im kicking butt right now with the same troops as you with giant/healer. Try 10-15 level 4 giants with 2 level 2 healers. Im undefeated right now through like 20 attacks, two of them i got two stars on because i ran out of time, the rest three star. Cruising through vault-style bases and bases with one ad.
