Do you want two stars or do you want three stars? Because above TH8, it's a one or the other question usually (as in, if my three star strategy fails don't expect two stars)

With your troops i highly doutb you can 3 star it

Do yourself a favor and stop leveling your heroes while ignoring your golems

For 2 stars I would recommend - 4 lightning, 2 earthquake with 11 your dragons and max loons in the cc.
Take out the 2 ADs on the east and south and then send your dragons in a semi arch from the 3 archer tower/DE storage followed by cc loons. Drop your heroes later depending on where free buildings are to get more percentage.
