I agree with Ash that th10 needs a buff and I think the GW would be a good one. Even if th10 never gets the GW it's important to get it out in the community (and continue to stress it) that th10 isn't balanced and needs some offensive improvements. From a 10.5 perspective.
Th10 incentives are 2new troops, 10 extra level to heroes already available, Inferno towers(which saving you from th9).
Making GW available at TH10 unbalance this game more than it already is. Even it's hard for a TH11 to 3* a well designed TH10 base. Means from war perspective it's balanced as well.
And yes I do believe that player should have reason to go to TH11. Which is EA and GW.
Having only one inferno at Th10 or lvl2 infernos would have worked but it's not possible now. Right now what they can do to balance it more is to make only single target inferno available at Th10 and single/multi available at TH11.
need to add Grand Warden to Town Hall 9 with a max level of 5
and to Town Hall 10 with a max level of 10 it will help with balance

Thesis: Town Hall 10 is imbalanced and there is currently NO incentive for players to stay there. Any smart player will simple max out Town Hall 9 and upgrade to Town Hall 10.5.5 aka Town Hall 11 with only Th9 defenses.
I'm one of those smarter players haha...
i agree 100%, i would even consider giving th10s a lvl10 GW and take GW to lvl30 for th11s.
i am almost maxed out th10(only have king at lvl37), and being a th10 is not easy in this meta.
its stuck in this weird spot where u cant 3star other th10s(unless its low defense or very bad design)
the only use for th10s in war is to snipe top th11s for 2 stars or cleanup top 9/9.5s
And its doesn't make sense to me that the most powerful defense is unlocked at th10(inferno tower) but the most efficient tool counter that(GW's eternal tomb) is not available for th10s.
also the part of the problem is that freeze spell is so inefficient in countering ITs.
either have freeze spells do a whole lot better or give Th10s GW.
i was thinking going th11 in couple of weeks to get that GW, but if SC decides to do something about this problem then i might stay here for couple of months more atleast.
