I have been playing this game for almost two years. I have enjoyed it till now. I go days without a shield. The loot sucks. I'm a th10. I would have to build massive armies to attack someone. But I can't cause I can't find any loot. No one is getting shields anymore so there is no time for the loot to build up. I miss the piece of mind you get with a shield. If you are going to keep things how they are at least give us bonuses when we win a defense or let us go back to sniping this.

Maybe you do not have defenses? Maybe the attackers are not needing to use over a 1/3 of their troop capacity?
That's the only way you are getting attacked, and not getting shield, unless your base is too much for those that are attacking, and they don't get 30% damage done to you.
Am a th8 and am tired of getting raided from th9s its like everytime I go offline its always a th9... the update said it will be less likely to find bases with th lower than u... I had better luck before the update... good job supercell😑SMH😔
Amen Willet!! I'm a max TH8 whos experiencing the same thing. What makes it worse is Supercell hasnt even acknowledged this is a problem. The comments from other players saying "you're not playing the game right" or "push into a higher league" also aren't helping.
TH9 has become the new th8 since the update. I hate the update. No matter how well you design your layout someone is going to be able to get your DE.
im a near max th9 and im on day 2 of no shield. ive gained 400 trophies in that time and lost roughly 2 million each in gold and elixer.
and now im on yet ANOTHER personal break after logging in exactly TWICE in the last 12 hours. i was only on to build war cc troops, donate and grab collectors. no raiding.
I can get dark elixir by just town hall sniping. I earn 60k with this method.

The game lost all its charm. Th8 and below the main problm is defense where u will mostly get 100% destroyed unless u r below gold 3.
For my th9 account its complete hell.. I climbed up to master to b able to farm dark.. N now.. Due to bonus system.. Every1 is getting less dark n soOo many change leagues.. People r raiding u for mere 1k dark. I hvnt been able to keep over 40k..

More proof that no matter how much I despise TH snipers....they were the backbone of the COC economy....everything trickled up from the snipers. That win bonus kept loot available for higher TH's to take.
