EX m0d reporting in clan wars

This is getting frustrating every single war now enemy clans are using their bottom 5/6 bases to attack our top 10/12 bases to reveal traps so they can plan and sandbox.

There needs to be an in game way to flag these users or clans.

If there was an actual in game ♥♥♥♥ reporting button inside the clan war menu this would highly discourage people from blatantly using it. Say they knew the will be flagged with the fear of being banned due to reporting maybe there would be less unfair play in clan wars

There's already an in-game report feature.

Since it's the name of the mod, they censor it.

There should still be an easier way to flag them like there is in global. Needing to send an email that's hidden behind 3 layers of menus is pretty hidden.

It also says contact us and not that it's for reporting

Ah ha! found it! Took awhile to remember where it was.

That should help you find it. You can also submit any number of screenshots to them, but keep it to a reasonable amount.

Added Edit: Believe me, that layer of screen is needed. They don't want people to jump right to messaging them, when most of the common questions are answered already. Now if only their automated response system was just a bit smarter...

    Thanks,

An ex m0d report button would still be a cool feature and deterrent for users.

They have a report in global which is for way less game breaking issues.

Seems like in higher level wars there's no way to avoid the ex m0d plague anymore. Guess the only way to beat them would be to jailbreak and join them or stop ex m0d from working altogether

There is a fine balance of ease of access and reliability. As much as I'd love to have something within sight for reporting a problem, they can make it too easy so that they get a lot of false positives on problems.

When I first saw that in-game help feature, the first few seconds was, "Oh neat! I can make a conversation with SC Staff!" to "OMG what have they opened up?! That will be so flooded with replies before they know it if people in general knew!"" After taking a minute to think out that last part, I figured that if it isn't announced too strongly, then the volume of feedback they get could be manageable.

First few months, absolutely loved it! Got what felt like real responses from a person, including real typos in the message . But... as the months passed, I could see the signs of a stressed system. More responses where becoming formulaic, and later, more off the mark from the actual topic of my message. It has to be an automated system by now, just so it can filter the sheer volume of common messages, and give more unique and less trivial messages to a real person. Seeing it turn into that makes me want to cry😢, and I don't say that very often. I saw how good it could be, but found out I was right, it would get flooded. (not always a good feeling being right)

It will take awhile for your message to get to SC via the in-game help feature, but I can say that it will get there. Just.. don't expect a coherent reply back at first. You may have to poke back a few times to make sure it sounds like the person on the other side knows what they are talking about.

Don't really think it would need to be something as time consuming as needing a response. The global chat reporting works by just flagging players and if one player has enough reports they get investigated. Could work the same with clan wars.

I'm sure if they were flagged it would be detectable since I seen on they are banning people for using it.
