When looking for the hood type in 'chatty & drama free zone' you will find is. It will have red shield with a green cat.

I am a level 42 player who belonged to a nice neighborhood. I, unfortunately, accidentally withdrew myself while dusting off my kindle and have not been able to get back to them. I am a daily player who goes to the site periodically to keep things moving along. I actively participate in the derby preferring to go for the high points such as boat loads completed, or minerals mined. I have not gone to my town yet because I wanted to have the basic machines before I went so that is now my next objective. You can see I'm very self-goal oriented.
