Level 9 clan only 6 wins ♥♥♥

I joined a clan with an account and the clan was supposed to be lvl3 but when I joined it said it was lvl9 when visited war map it also only had 6 wins

And apparently, that clan either has been around a long time to reach lvl9 by mainly loss points, or there's a glitch, and they really are only the lvl3 you saw before, and not lvl9.
