You probably still have level 3-4 troops so you should work on upgrading your troops. Talking about your base... well, you are a premature TH8. You should work on upgrading your splash towers. Make sure every single wizard tower is at least protecting 1 storage. Work on also upgrading your army camps so you can smash bases easily. Your whole base needs working on. Your base also have improper junctions, improper junctions are multiple compartments that can be opened by one wall. Try not to have those in your base.

The base is generally weak. Double walls are generally no much different form single as wallbreakers can blow both layers at once. Also the mortars are exposed and if placed at the side, wallbreakers could blow into your elixir compartment, leaving the way clear for gobs.
