I know exactly what you mean and we usually let the new players sit aside and watch our attacks for two wars.
Once they know how to attack, we let them join in one at a time so they don't make a disaster and we cannot cover their opponents. Once a player knows the drill, we let another new member join in our clan wars.

Our clan wins are not only what is shown; this is only the longest winning streak we have had.

One question: Where do you recruit? I find it extremely hard lately. Global (even norsk) is getting worse, and the forum recruitment is not getting better either... Do you have some kind of trick to recruit players that fit into your clan so well?

We have "cooperative" clans that direct their best players to us. So players can promote to our clan or demote to the cooperative clans. We did not start the cooperative clans, they already existed and they wanted to unite with us to make this streak possible.
