The fifth builder. By far the best. After that, just save them for when you want to use them. You can't decide what to do with gems after you have all the builders. When the time is right to use them, you'll know.

Builders are the best to gem. Having 5 builders is extremely useful. I did this the first day I had the game and have never had any problems keeping all 5 builders busy. I usually leave one available for upgrading walls.

If you have 5 builders and are still geming, I would probably speed up troop upgrades. Stronger troops mean increased potential for bigger and more efficient raids.
Gem uses:
- Buy the 5th builder, regardless of level
- Boost barracks--most efficient and most fun way to use gems.
- Save any leftover gems for when you accidentally wind up in a bind and need to finish an upgrade ahead of schedule (should not happen often if planning correctly).

I used the week shield from the sweet victory gems when I went on vacation. I already have 4 builders
Get the fifth builder. Then nothing is really worth gemming, if you have enough I guess gem your burger king as its semi-Impossible to get him higher without it.
