Cool hands on interactive defense idea please hear me out!

Dear Supercell and Clash of Clans world,
Hi, my name is Andres. I'm 14, from the U.S and love clash of clans. I am currently a town hall level 9 and am in Crystal III/II. I am emailing you to tell you about an awesome idea for a new and exciting way to defend your base.
So a few updates ago you introduced spectating while someone is attacking you. I commonly do and find it very exciting and sometimes a little nerve racking. But after doing this a lot, find that there is nothing to actually do except watch. This is where my idea comes in. My idea is to be able to actually take part in DEFENDING your base!
Now what do I mean by this? Well, first I think it would be great to take advantage of your hero's ability. So when your enemies start to fight one of your heroes, you can choose when to activate it's ability like in battle! This will change defensive and offensive strategies for heroes and will want people to upgrade them faster.
Another thing that you could do is refill X-Bows and Inferno Towers during a defense. This will be a great help for defending players and will encourage players to upgrade and use these defenses more!
By being able to do all of these things, it will definitely encourage players to get onto the game when they are being attacked and will add a new and very fun aspect to the game. Please let me know what you think of my idea. Thank you.
