Problem Solved for "Hoppers"
A simple solution to "Hoppers" would be for SuperCell to empty the Clan Castle when someone leaves a clan. This should only be when they willingly leave rather than getting kicked. If they lose their troops, they will be less likely to "hop" out of clans.
This would only partially solve the problem, as some people are just annoying and don't even ask for troops. Even if they do ask, there are still lots of people who just like to annoy others.Originally Posted by mcrussian

I don't think this will solve the problem but I do agree the problem needs to be solved. Maybe force a cool-down between joining clans, maybe you can join a new clan once a day.
Yeah they do it if you are kicked out, that is you cannot join the same clan for 24 hrs.
