Clan mates should have the ability to attack each other! BUT when you attack a clanmate it will not lower your shield or theirs. You may also attack them if they have a shield. But when you attack them, the troops you use will not be expended meaning when they die they will show up again in the army camps. Also when you attack another person you will not be able to steal their loot! So people should be able to attack clan mates for free and for practice!
