how do you report a clan using "♥♥♥♥" ?

we have just started a war against a clan, Pars Admirals #92QCPURL

And they are using some sort of ♥♥♥♥♥ mode to attack more than once, we can watch them attack then the attack does not show up ??

Any help ??
