I'm leader of the clan Exile Empire Level 4 clan halfway to level 5. Our flag is black with a yellow stripe. We have about 20 member we run 15-20 man wars right now. I'm a max 10 with level 36 AQ and level 35 BK. Our other 10 is fully maxed besides walls. We have quite a few 8s rest of our guys are 5-7. We win most of our wars and lose a few mainly to mismatches.
