Requirements
MINIMUM TOWN HALL LEVEL 7 - NO EXCEPTIONS
ABSOLUTELY NO RUSHERS - If you are rushed, do not even bother trying to get in, you will be rejected. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PROMOTIONS ARE EARNED, NOT GIVEN - Elder is earned by winning 3 stars in a war. Co-Leader is earned by being reliable and loyal. Asking for a promotion as soon as you enter will get you absolutely nowhere except kicked.
PLEASE BE ABLE TO 2 STAR YOUR TOWN HALL LEVEL - We are more than willing to help people grow their abilities if need be, so don't take this one too literally. We prefer if you are at this ability level, but you will always be given a chance, and we WILL help you grow. I can't emphasize this enough.
