Dear Supercell please respond immediately to our concern im in android kitkat 4.4.4 v and i cannot donate i war map the game is slowing down i do factory reset, restarting my device the reinstalling it nothings gonna fix it its a major problem we dont like the new update it make us dissapointed ive been playing since 2012
Pls fix the bug fast as soon as u can I cannot donate in war without it we cannot win
Has Supercell actually replied to anyone with Crashing issues
I just started having the TH6 WCC donating crash issues and am seeing a bunch of posts with the same issue....has anyone figured out a fix or heard from from Supercell on a FIX??
In a war start starts in 12 hours and I am the only one who can donate max defenses, but now can't donate! Frustrating!!!

My other account is having same issue.
We already won two wars since the update came out and yet i still can't donate in war cc. Hilarious in part of supercell without having any responses to their customers. They just close the thread of any report about this because it's very obvious they can't do anything about it. My max dragons are useless right now just sitting on my camps waiting SC fix this problem/bug.

It crashes because you have a barrack or factory upgrading. SC said gemming or cancelling is a 'temporary workaround' until they implement a fix. I guess they are just enjoying the gems some more. It cant be that hard to fix really...Originally Posted by Redleg105

Solution: cancel or force finish upgrade of your barrack's (light and dark), spell factory (light and dark), and laboratory (like a building).
The game will crash if you are upgrading clan castle, barracks, or camps. It's a bug they are working on. The work around is simply, don't participate in the war while upgrading these or be aware you cannot donate. Easy. As of now our clan has made it part of the game.
