[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

I still not cable todo donante todo CC castle, what will be the solution muy clan is behin the ene y they hace full their cc, need help

Until they fixed the bug, you cannot have any Brk, DB, or dark spell factory upgrading if you want to donate to your war CC. As long as none of the above are upgrading you can donate. As soon as you start upgrading one, your game will crash when you press the donate button.

I can confirm this since one of my accts had 14 hrs left on Brk 10 upgrade and i wasn't able to donate. The next war (in prep day now) i am able to donate without any issues. Another account with dark spell factory upgrade is able to donate (crashes as soon as i click the donate box) so make sure the dark spell factory isn't upgrading too (even tho it doesn't directly affect war CC donations)

Hi I have the same problem re install the game , restore my iphone and still can not donate something for the castle clans for war with any of my 2 accounts, use 6 plus 16gb iphone ios 9.2 with me happened after the upgrade . Thank you for your help

Why could I not donate troops in our clastle clan in war but Iam and I joined the war yet I could not donate troops that will gaurd the base of my co members

facing the same issue when trying to donate troops in clan war in both Mi Pad and Samsung Galaxy S2 , please fix ASAP, clan war preparation is about to end in a few hours... ,,, and by the way ,,, the new update is sooo sooo Good.
