[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

I'm having the same problem, both on Android and iOS, one solution? pls, fix this!

The issue of app crashing while trying to donate in war caslte is NOT binded to device or to Os.
I have 3 alts, one of them can't donate, apps crashes. The other 2, CAN.
I tryed to clear cache, to clear data, I tried a fresh device with a frewh installation.
Same.
One alt can't donate ad apps crashes, other 2 alts can donate.
So, whatever problem is, is BINDED to the character, in SuperCell database.

I found that 1 of my alt has the reported issue: "app crash when try to donate in war castle".
Since I have other alt without that bug, I did several test, also using a fresh tablet with fresh installation, and found this:
- bug is not binded to device but to character. Log with bad-char, app crashes. Log with another-char, app works. Log again with bad-char, crashes again
- bug is not related with data or cache on device. I cleared both, same re♥♥♥♥: bad-char crashes, another-char works

So, I guess the problem is in Supercell database. Maybe same wrong internal variable?

i found out that whenever having barrack or dark barrack in upgrading mode, donate clan war troop crash the game, and this is a bug !

Hola, tengo un problema con la donacion.. Cada vez que intento donar una tropa para defensa en castillo para la guerra el juego se me cierra.. Esto tambien le esta pasando a un amigo.. Creo que es un bug de la actualizacion...


Hi, i have a problem with the donation. Every time i try to donate troops to defend a castle of ward, the game quits me. This also is happening to a friend. I think it's a bug in the new update.

I cancelled my Dark Barracks upgrade, the bug persists. I don't have anything else upgrading. I restarted my phone, the bug persists. I deleted and reinstalled Clash of Clans, the bug persists.

I think it may be related to the fact that I upgrade to the newest version of iOS (9.2).

Anybody have any advice on how to solve this?

This usually happens when you are upgrading Barracks or spell factory
