[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

War is about to begin in 5 hours and can not donate , I have two accounts in the first is called sick in that I'm always dono why the leader and have better troops and can not donate I get shock clans But my account Second call the king if she can donate But my troops are lower level , because that happens and you are going to start the war and clan we play strong UN and we will have in the castle Clan Troops As casualties defenses But I can donate guild chat if someone calls, that happens I already desintaler enough myself and put it back and did more things but not working ulgares below: ulgares below:

Hi everyone clashers, my problem is: I have to donate in the war of my clan but when I play the ' donate ' prompt solution button I close the game and can not do anything , and so constantly expect, thank you very much and greetings from Argentina

My mini is on my phone and the app crashes every time I try to donate troops in war.

Yup. It crashes every time i hit the 'donate' button on the war map. Really iritating

AT least some staff from supercell should comment here that they are looking into this already so that we are aware. As of now, seems nothing is being done to look into this or fix it. It is very frustrating really.

It may seem that way but Im sure they have seen it. There are a lot of people who cry wolf when the think they have a bug and they are probably just making sure.personally I'm glad I'm no dev. They are probably backlogged with a lot of stuff. I wouldn't want all the work, and the responsibility of making SO many people happy

If you are upgrading a barracks, dark barracks, spell factory or the dark spell factory you will experience this problem.

The only solution is to cancel your upgrade or gem the time for now.

SC are working on a fix, maybe try and get the clan members who aren't upgrading said structures to donate instead?
