Hello, this happens when a barrack/dark barrack/spell factory is upgrading. A temporary solution would be to gem the remaining time or cancel the upgrade. If you dont want to do so, just avoid donating in war and wait for SC to fix it. Just be patient and give them some time.
They are aware of this. They are just taking their time fixing because they are making a killing off of it. 800gems how many times really adds up.
Nobody is forcing you, they just said that if you are impatient to wait for a fix, they only way to donate in war would be to somehow stop the specific construction. This can only be done by either gemming it or canceling it. If you dont want to, just patiently wait for a fix like everybody else.

Unfortunately you will not be reimbursed. If you dont want to cancel or gem the upgrade then dont do it and patiently wait for a fix like everybody else.
They are actually not going to fix it in one or two days. They don't even respond to any report on this forum. They do not obey to our commands. So keep patience or take a break until it is fixed.
Let other people in your clan temporarily take your place this time. Then stop starting any war until the bug is fixed. The advised solution is ridiculous but we are playing it free so we have no right to ask for anything else.
I will not be patient if I am not reimbursed. They are crooks and anyone supporting criminal behavior can suck my American Cack. This screwed my whole clan. I pay money into and have a lot of time in this game. My right to not be patient when they are still making money off this "glitch".
