Its a known issue, SC is working on a fix so lets all be patient and give them some time.
I have highest troops in my clan. I have my troops ready to donate so I can't loot. Over 800 gems to finish. Or lose 1.5 mill elixer. They better be fixing it damn quick. They are making a killing off this glitch.
SC is doing their best to fix the issues caused by the latest update. Unfortunately players wont be refunded. Please be patient and give them some time.

Supercell you disapointed me this time, so you are forcing us to GEM our upgrading barracks to be able to donate in war? Yeah you make it sound like it is a bug but one of the solutions you give is to gem the upgrade... that is not fair. I can't afford the gems because I don't have credit card and we dont want to lose the war!
