[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

Same as others coc exits when press donate. But I can on my older tablet, Android

They know there is a problem with so many reports, just haven't been able to replicate it yet.

Was your war started pre or post update?

Another user said he had multiple accounts, one could donate, one couldn't. Hoping that means it's something with an individual account - something upgrading, researching, perhaps having a donated spell in your inventory, something has to be causing this. Any details you have might help figure it out.

Removing skill from clan castle had no effect.
Removing troops from baracks queqeu had no effect.

war began after update.
researching dragon 3->4
1 builder tesla 6->7
2 builder queen 8->9
3 builder xbow 1->2
4 builder dark spell factory 2->3
5 builder dark drill 3->4
thropy rank gold 3
Baracks boost - ON. will report if getting boost off will make any effect.

When i tap donate in war bases my game restart. I hope you make immediate actions

When I press the button on the donation soldier clan war game beats me why base out,and when you fix

I could not donate to the war cc without the game shutting down. After reading your post #4, I gemmed my lab project and the 4 builders I had working and I was able to then donate the items to the war cc. Hope this info helps.



Edit: I went back and started another lab project, and it still let me donate to war cc. I then started a builder on a project, and I could still donate to the war cc. So maybe it was the lab and/or builders that were tasked with a job prior to update?

Hello, can you please clear clash of clans cache and try again?

Go to Settings>Applications Manager>Clash of Clans>Clear Cache.

You can also try reinstalling the application. Let us know if it helped.

EDIT. If thats in war then its a known issue and SC is probably working on a fix.

Guys I am unable to donate troops to the war cc...the game keeps on crashing once I click the donate button ..but am able to do the normal farming donations..please do what is necessary ASAP...our war prep will end in 10hrs..please...the other clan has filled thier war cc..

i have same problem with the same account on my 3 devices Android Samsung.
* War Clan started after new version update
(i updated new version during the last war and we started another just when it finished)
* 1 Tesla is updating 6>7
* 1 black barracks is updating 5>6
