[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

When i click my Town Hall and Donate button in Clan War my Clash of Clan is closing... Please Fix the BUG​

Well clearly there is a issue where a select group of peoples games seem to crash when they donate to a war Clan Castle.

My issue:

Whenever, I go to the preparation war page and try to donate troops to a war clan castle as soon as I click donate the game seems to crash and takes me to a screen that says "Sorry your game as crashed send a report to SuperCycle"

I have sent several reports and I haven't received any type of email to notify me if they are aware of the issue if there working on it or if there is anything I can do in the mean time.

It has been 72 hours since I first encountered this crash and I was wondering how long it has been for anyone else. Please reply to my post how long this issue has been going on for others.

I have also noticed that installing and reinstalling will not fix this issue and neither will updating you mobile device. I have also noticed that 99% of people with this issue seem to have an android deceive. If anyone else is having this problem and is using an apple please comment as well it would be cool to know if it really is just android or a random glitch for all devices.

Other then that please comment or reply if anyone hears anything else.

I Can't donate war Donation. i have click donate button. automatically quite game and Unfortunately Stop for game. some one solution to me

After big update, i asked same problem. Someone said just wait they are trying to fix, or cansel upgradind.
I choose just wait Supercell fix the problem.
Yesterday coc had update, but this problem is NOT fixed yet.
Plz fix this problem

When barrack is on upgradation we can't donate on war castle. Game crashesh.

Hy..supercell..till now you have not fixed the bug in donating war cc troops...i think you are making it to occur...bcoz..when we lose war ..we think of using gems on barracks to complete the construction..so you will earn money by making us to buy gems..this is hectic...

I can't donate troops on war castle.. When I try to my game resets
Its a bad thing to our clan that I can't donate troops in clan war castle it always resets my game when I try to do so. Because of this our clan is off guarded during war
