as the title says, i can't donate in the war map, Supercell "fixed" this ♥♥♥♥ but it still here, are you kidding me ? you're kiddin me ? a lot of my friends are not playing CoC anymore cause all these bugs, and now i told them about supercell was going to fix this, they came again, and now they left again cuz these bugs are still here, CoC is going to lose a lot of players
This 'bug' occurs when you are in the process of upgrading a Barrack or Spell Factory. I had it happen for 3 wars with my TH9, donating lower level troops with my lower level TH8. It wasn't until the 3rd war when I started a Barracks upgrade on my TH8 that that account couldn't donate either! I canceled the building, and was able to donate again.
