[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

Everyone who is having problems with bugs/glitches, they will be fixed in optional update. This update will also add the Christmas theme, and some other small changes.

Any idea when? I have a war starting later today and need to donate...

In spite of the Christmas theme update, I still can't donate to a war cc presumably because I have a barracks upgrading (known bug??) I don't want to drop 600 gems to finish the upgrade so Supercell please fix the bug or credit me the gems so I can donate to my clan for a war that starts in 9 hours.

Cancel my barracks upgrade? Will I get my elixr back? Will that fix it? Seems silly to do - but better than burning 500 gems.

Almost ever since I've got the game, there's been a problem with donating. Whenever you press the donation button and the donating screen comes up, you could hold and/or press the troops you wish to donate and it won't do anything. It could be either a bug or just bad internet connection so I'm not entirely sure. Another problem with the donations is whenever the bar is full, it doesn't disappear like it should.

The second main problem I need to address is the app crashing. Of course, ALL applications will surely crash at one point or another after you download it, regardless. However, the app seems to crash at the same point every time I carry out the action needed to crash it. Whenever the game is looking for an opponent, and you then exit and then come back to the app, it freezes, and then sends you back to the home screen. Maybe it is programmed to do that, but I'm not entirely sure.

So if I cancel my upgrading of my baracks, and only get half my elixr back, will I then be able to donate? Seems like a huge waste of elixyr...

I Cant donate troops from my id. but I am trying with another ID in my same device. Problem with my ID.
