[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

when i click the donate button on war bases , it stops the game . at least there is no report dialog box. some players of my clan have this problem.

generally i play this game using my android phone and my laptop. both of these occurs the same problem.

please help me with this....please fix this bug.

Sir I am unable to donate in war clan castle for last 3-4 days. As I click the option donate the app hangs for 5-7 seconds then game shuts off.
On the other hand I can normally donate in village mode. Sir my clan needs my troops.
Looking forward for your positive response.

This problem is new to me and came after the new update. I tried with multiple devices and reinstalling app. Nothing works. Fix this asap!

If you have a barracks or dark barracks upgrading, you may not be able to fill war castles! It's a glitch, I'm sure supercell is working on a fix for it. Until the fix comes along, you'll have to stop upgrading barracks or find someone to cover your war donations. Cheers

It is NOT just if you are upgrading barracks or Dark Barracks. I've been unable to donate since the update, and I wasn't upgrading barracks during this period.

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S5. I've tried clearing the cache, clearing data (and reloading from my Google Play) and even moving the app from SD card to phone memory and back. Nothing works: Anytime I push the donate button on any base in Clan War, it instantly crashes the app.

I am not able to donate any troups to the war base.. When i click on the donate button on the wae base the game crashes and it quits.. My friends also suffers this problem.. Plz resolve as early as possible

Same issue here... it has spanned two wars (i.e. since the update). Builders have been constantly working so hard to say if that is related in some way.
