That idea is on the sticky thread with the list of common ideas and Ruled Out Ideas...
And it is NOT a Ruled Out Idea!
It has been mentioned before, but as of yet there has been no news on how or when it will be done. Only the short blurb on said sticky thread, and maybe some old Staff/Mod comments, have ever been made about it.
I wouldn't hold my breath for it. With the recent update, SC is already doing damage control in response to game glitches and irrationally irate players. It is kind of a low priority thing right now, that I doubt it is currently being worked on right now. But it is on their 'would like to do' list.
