Lightbulb Instead of Kicking Players Offline...

Do you find the PBT to be annoying? I do, too. I would like to propose, instead of kicking players off when they hit the 3 hour mark, how about let them stay online, but they run the risk of being attacked in that time. This is known as the "red period", which is shown with a red in the shield icon at the top. The red period can last up to 30 minutes, and will end before only if a shield is given. While it lasts, a player can be found in MM, and is viable to revenges as well. Attacking other players is still permitted during this time, but base editing and starting new upgrades is not.

So why this? Below masters, it is very very unlikely that people will attack a maxed out th9 or 10 with minimal loot to offer. Some players will never get a shield or attacked, and just kicking them off because of that doesn't make sense. This idea will prevent people from staying out of the MM pool by staying online for a very long time, and it will make sure people who want to play can still play. No more of that login for five minutes and get kicked unexpectedly.

    Thoughts? Suggestions?

Gotta say I kinda agree with you, I am a max defense th9 with bk20 aq23 working on lava walls in high gold to crystal league farming. Even when I do have loot I don't get hit hard enough or at all for a shield so its kind of pointless to kick me out when I could be watching my clan do war attacks or help donate troops.
