I'm not saying the ideas are bad, just that they are extremely undetailed.

How are we supposed to understand what any of these concepts do without a clear explanation? I'd just focus on a couple of the ideas instead of writing several un-detailed ones.

Remember quality not quantity. I'd rather read a good, single idea than several un-detailed ones.

Take it from me...

1. Do not post more than one major idea, or group of unrelated ideas, in one thread. It gets awkward very fast when trying to do a multi topic thread inside one thread.
2. As excited and eager as you are in getting in here and hashing out awesome ideas, pace yourself. It takes awhile to develop a good concepts, and the SC development cycle is very slow and deliberate. You have plenty of time to work on your idea.
3. You might not have all the needed information to properly attack a problem... yet. Do research and be patient with posting an idea.
4. You will, if not already, make bad ideas. Everyone does. It's common. Don't sweat it. Just because your idea died like a Barbarian up against a Wizard Tower, doesn't me you did as well.
5. Egos will be bruised, prides injured, and so on and do forth... if you let it. We are all human here, (except one member might be a cat, and few others are dogs... maybe another is a hamster) so emotions can and will get in the way of things. Neither you or I are immune to it.
6. You will not get official credit for any idea posted here. Too much of legal and social drama mess for SC to deal with. So this is all semi-selfiless charity work.
7. Don't let your pride dictate that you have to be in charge of an idea thread. This is a collaborative effort. Besides, no one is getting official credit on Ideas anyway.
8. "It has happened before, and shall happen again." Many independently thought up ideas repeat, and can repeat often! Check the Ruled Out Ideas list and save yoursel from the repeats that SC doesn't want people to waste too much time on.
9. When in doubt, lurk. Gather info on something before rushing in. Especially if new to the forums.

I think that covers most of it.

Anyway, that is a ton of possible idea seeds there, and it is a bit... much to think they are purely your ideas. Other likely have though of much of those... whatever those are, and would be a good idea to try to look up what has been said already. Granted.. the search bar is not the brightest feature in forum, but you can use a Google search , focused on this site, to help find things.
