This is a known problem. Please remember to read the stickies before posting. Supercell is working on this problem.

Hi guys can you help me out? why is that everytime I click on my townhall the CoC closes. I just finished upgrading my TH8 to Th9 this morning. I tried logging in my account on other andriod phones and still doesn't work. Please help me guys. Thank you.

I upgraded my Android to latest version and it fix it, i hope this would help others in similar issue. :-D

Some of us need to get the TH inside walls asap, so it's hard to avoid touching it. I don't watch the community, I just play the game. Shame on me I guess. This update came as a surprise and a very unwelcome one considering the big problems.

I have a farming base configuration. My TH is stuck in a corner getting farmed by others every 15 minutes, as the new guard system allows. I lost 1k DE by this morning before I even knew what was going on. Now that I know, I can't do anything about it because I can't touch my TH! Meanwhile weeks worth of gathering is being squandered. I afraid to look at how much damage has been done throughout the day. Very painful!

Having paid for gems to make some progress, I'm not okay with having such a huge setback. I am literally losing something I paid for. I feel ripped off and I think I'm justified in feeling this way. A careless update is wasting my money and ruining my game experience. I'm a patient person, but this is garbage. Something needs to be done to make affected players whole again. Without action, I will likely be among the first wave of the mass exodus.

I get this update is about Supercell making money, but this is not a legitimate way to do it. You have angered a regular player and payer. Shame on you Supercell.

To fix this problem.. Go to the village edit mode.. Make a fresh layout or edit your active village.. Touching th in edit mode does not throws u out of the game.. Hope this will work..
