Do you have a defensethat requires an elixir recharge under construction?
If yes, then everytime you tap the town hall you will get booted out.

If you are upgrading some defense that needs elixer too recharge(Xbow) then it will crash when you click on the town hall
If you don't play you won't level up!

So it was not just me or something wrong with my account, but the problem from server side, glad to know.

This occurs when you are upgrading an inferno or xbow It is a known glitch SC is trying get a fix on currently there is nothing you can do.
