Queued troops and spells already have a (-) sign on them to decrease the number of troops or spells queued. It would be great to add a (+) sign so that troops/spells can easily be added at that same spot in the queue.

I think its redundant. Its just few extra clicks to increase the number by removing the troops that are after it in the queue.
There is a whole thread of people that hate the new queue system. This small elegant solution provides the best of both worlds.
just because there is another way to do something, with a (potential) lot of clicking (removing and re-adding troops) doesn't mean that a simpler and more elegant solution wouldn't be a good addition.
If it were only few clicks nobody would complain about it. If you've got 5 types of troops after in the queue in all 4 barracks it adds up quite fast.
And tell me that having barracks buttons and army formation sum up and so on is not redundant...
I've been trying to get used to the new system and as flexible as I am to new things, it's been a real disaster. I screwed my next army several times (because of the wrong number of troops i added, because some of them were already formed, etc...). The only way to use the new system efficiently would be to wait that everything is formed before you launch something in the queue, which isn't really what a queue is designed for... The actual system just doesn't allow you to donate while having a defined army on the grill, that's quite annoying.
