Farming in Champ 3/Master 1 without heroes - possible?

What army comp do you use?

As I said before:

I'm using 2 lavas, 20 minions and the rest are ballons.
It will work great with bases with 1-2 levels below max AD

Also, if you have the queen, add 3 healers to do queen walk to snipe down full collectors or to knock down an AD

Champ3 is dead today. Only maxed TH9s and TH10s with infernos, 1 dead base in a whole day.
I'm having a hard time recovering loot lost to raids on me.

On the other hand, I'm having a blast barching with my TH8 in S1, farm is amazing.

I moved to C1 and the farm is okay in there for TH9.

I'm a maxed out TH9 except for a hundred walls or so that need to go to Spike. All I really hunt for is Dark Elixir. Should I stay here on Champion 3?

I, too, am wondering what quick, strong army to use in order to get good loot and the 50%.

I don't know about Champs3 - it was dry when I left, but low M3 is very good for me, providing plenty of collector and storage raids.

Low M3 was good for me the entire time I was upgrading my TH9. Now that only my Heroes and a few walls are left, I moved up.
