Im playing this game for days, weeks and months now.. im on th8 almost max def except for one wizard tower.. then one scheduled update ruined it all and for other players.. can u fix this problem.. please?.. im using samsung galaxy v .. 4.4.2 kitkat

I have been using COC in the same phone (HTC One E9+ dual sim) for about 5 months now. After today's (Dec 10) update Play store says that the phone isn't compatible with this version. My phone is in absolute fine working condition and is more than capable of running the app. It currently uses Android Ver5.02 Software number 1.41.707.12.
Please try to solve t he problem as soon as possible.

And I checked other Supercell games also... Hay Day and Boom Beach also display the same message.

My old phone (my main account) that is from 2005 can update the game but my phone I just bought this past summer isnt compatible with the update. Im glad for the 2.5+ years of gameplay to be rewarded like this

Though my phone is 4.3 it worked perfectly fine uptill now. I hope it is a fault at SCs part. I really like his game. I also hope they see this thread

Im High lvl th 9 playing since 2014..having problems with my update cant even see clash of clans on Google play..and also game is crashing on the device..my device is galaxy grand quattro I-8552...Please do act I have mailed u 5 times in last hour...thanks

My phone is at a 5.0.1 so this is a SC problem, because if a old phone can update but a brand new one can't there is a major issue

Been playing since 2012 and this ♥♥♥♥ happens. Phone is updated and only 3 months old. They better fix this fast or I am done with CoC.
