    Android: "This app is not compatible with your device” That's impossible!

    Hello,
    I have a problem, that is when there is a new version of CoC I cant update it, because it says that my device is not Compatible with the game...but when I download it from internet I can start and play the game.Maybe thats because I need a higher version of the android?

    after New update device isn't compatible

    Hello community,
    I Am a little stuck and really require help. I have been playing clash for months, installing updates with no problem. However after this December update this is what happens. I get This message " New update is available " when I launch clash. It takes me to the playstore and at the top says your device isn't compatible with this version. Is this some sort of bug?     Make sure you have updated your Google Play Store app as well, that often requires the latest version to download items from the store.

    If you have previously downloaded/installed directly from the Google Play store, it still should be compatible, I don't know of any devices being dropped from support that were previously supported.

    Clearing Google Play Store data might fix this problem. Give it a try, you got nothing to lose.
    Go to Settings > Application Manager > All > Google Play Store > Clear data.

    I have cleared my Google play store cache. Still the same issue.
