I looked at your signature. TH10, 121 Lego, 150 Lava, BK35 and AQ35. And the forum calls you a fresh spawn.

"Fresh Spawn" = just haven't posted on forums alot.

EDIT 2. Many users have reported clearing their Google Play Store cache has allowed the update to appear. Worth a try:

1. Go to the Settings menu for your device.
2. Navigate to Applications -> Manage Applications -> All -> Google Play Store.
3. Tap the Clear Cache button.

It's there now in most countries.

Update your Google Play App, clear your Google Play Store cache if needed.
