Must be exhausting for forum members to be rude instead of simply answering your question OP
Exactly. I especially hate this "whining" thing. Anything you say, feedback, complaint, constructive (negative) comments, question, there will always be someone that will whine because they think you are whining. They don't agree or disagree with what you said, they don't provide arguments, they just whine that you are whining. It is exhausting (like you said).
Too many fanboys and wanna be mods, best to treat the forum like global chat. Nothing good every happens here!

Absolutely. As has been said on numerous occasions in the sneak peeks thread (include quite often by me).
You need 59% damage to get the same loot bonus as before.
Any less than that, your loot bonus is actually decreased from what it was before, and more and it will be higher than the old bonus, up to 70% damage when you get the whole of the new bonus.
It does tell you on the summary screen what % of bonus you got. Seems to be 3% for a snipe on a TH9.
Thanks TerMinus Prime for the sig pic
Yes the bonus is reduced. However you're supposed to switch over to real attacks now, and that'll naturally get you the full bonus + the marginal increase. Just, you'll be spending more too.
That's basically all there is to it.
you are just making cheap excuses, the moment you stated that they are reduced means that you are somehow not satisfied with them, hence you did complain.
accusing someone also did complain by pointing out that you are complaining will not change the fact that you still did complain.

what a joke lol
Build an army that can get 70% on a TH10: spend an extra 2000 DE and you get a "big" extra "bonus" of 300 DE.
