Curious what people's guesses are for what percentage of clashers (who are active on a daily basis) know about the update.
I feel like there are many players out there who play the game casually and don't check Facebook/YouTube/forums. I'm hoping to take advantage of this right after the update (hopefully) early tomorrow morning.
I'm thinking at least 1/3 of players will surprised by the update..
I would say 75%+ of players know the update is coming. But I would agree that maybe 1/3 is about right for the amount of players that know anything more than has been disclosed within the game itself.

Well they did release information on it in-game so pretty much everyone who actively plays this game and actually reads news knows about the up-coming update.
I've been keeping my whole clan updated, an I would guess at least Hal of them will hit me up after the update! Very casual clan
Given the forum exploded with numbers when the game tried to inform players about it I would think a fairly high % is aware.
Add that on top of the forum, Facebook and other information sources.
I know my entire clan is aware of it, not sure of others though... I'd say 50%.
^This. The forums themselves pretty much hit 200K, but it crashed. Imagine all the people who didn't click "read more" but simply saw the message, IN GAME.
I have no idea what percentage of people are aware of the update, but I would not be surprised if only 5% of the players were able to understand the contents of this complex update.
