Did we get any confirmation on whether we will actively see our PBT timer so we can adjust how we war?
I remeber seeing may threads moaning about potentially being kicked after the 3 hour PBT and it being close to the end of war?

Thats the plan. Almost every one of the critical players in the families clan will be dropping their first dark spell ever, and I myself will be dropping my first dark spell ever.
Did they change when you can receive donated dark spells?
I'm pretty sure that they said your cc has to be th8 level for you to hold the dark spell, which is the level that you get dark spells.
Or are you and your clan a type of no defense base?

I am pretty sure that the maintenance break will set back war time.

It's supposed to. One time it didn't happen for my clan, but that was a while ago. Lucky tho cos it meant we won a war we probably were going to lose
