Is the lab needing to be upgraded for prob. 8M elixir only to unlock the new minion and witch level?
When the new lab was sneak peeked, I had hoped for a new troop, which I know is extremely selfish.

Currently this upgrade is for those 2 units. Next update there might be more & you will be able to upgrade new troops right away

I'm assuming that now if you have the clan perk, donated level 2 witches and level 6 minions will be to the new max?
