I have obstacles that sprouted in the middle of my base and I have all builders busy meaning I can't remove them and can't change my base up. My current base doesn't allow me to move my TH anywhere near the core.
I can't cancel the builders because they're upgrading Tesla's and x bows with a week left. Anybody else forced to leave their town hall outside?
You aren't forced. 1) your th doesn't HAVE to be in your core. Also, you can make a base that is not centered in the center of the map. It can be off to the top,left,right, bottom.

Also, do obstacles act like walls? If I have cauldrons between wall sections are troops able to cross though our will they target the wall beside it?

But if you are on the forums you have known about this for at least a week. They announced the Exposed TH thing a while ago. Did you start a new build since then?
