Don't worry about those other 2 comments. I understood where you are going with this post due to a greater than 1st grade education. To answer your question, yes it could help them if they have say th6 defenses and are a th 10 to be given the option to drop a th level to th 9. That will never happen in this game though.

There's no way this could ever happen due to the things you can get from TH10. Imagine you get your Infernos then downgrade to TH7? That would be way too OP and it could never work in game.

Wow mit.......you still don't get what he is saying. I agree it will never happen. He is saying if someone has rushed defenses of say a th6 but is a th10 himself a downgrade to maybe th9 would benefit him. Once again I said it won't happen.
