Got to keep in mind, loot bonus is now based off of percent. If you batch and get the 40% you only get 1/3 of bonus. Also no more th sniping- another reason to drop

This, I never counted on the actual loot I get every raid for building up loot but rather townhall snipes between full attacks. Now these are gone & while I will get my heroes hurt in champs or build a heavy army I will make a lot of GBArchs and take a lot of loot in different ways & using minimal costs & build times

I'm looking for 3 things:

- TH10 collector bases after update. These will be huge & will be easily available for us th11s because of how the -2 townhalls rule is going to be stricter.

- Rushed TH10s with full storages & there many of these I hit every day

- New th10 with all th9 defenses & upgrading infernos or lvl1 infernos are great target for GBArch

I don't intend to farm maxed bases as this will need too much investment for little outcome. My optimal attack should use 1 jump/heal per attack & been practicing for few weeks now on hitting only th10s

And people wonder why I brought both infernos to level 2 right away in my new ten....all part of the master plan, well that and the max teslas hiding out.....2 months in I finally just dropped the 3rd xbow.

I'm rising in cups, have been doing so for the last week. I could be completely wrong, but I suspect following the update you will find players gravitating towards where they 'should' be in league terms. Totally abandoned bases will be the exception. But the lack of cheap shields means you will be attacked more frequently, and chances are gain more cups than perhaps you wanted or expected. Sure you can go ahead and throw them away easily enough, but will people bother? Who knows, will be interesting to see how it pans out.

I dropped because the loot is actually profitable down here. If that changes then I'll push back up.

I am in Masters 2, and no one is dropping trophies on me...

1) zero defense bases are going to get pushed down to sub 200

2) inactive/poorly laid out and casual bases are all going to get knocked way down in league. Many of these will still have their TH out after the update. Except now they may not get a shield as often.

3) The changes to the loot bonus system in spite of being called "substantially increased" are actually being nerfed by being tied to damage %. This makes farming lower league even more attractive because down there you couldnt care less about trophies or league loot bonus.

4) A big incentive to maintain cups is gone. No more quick TH snipes when you log out. Many maintained cups so they could build up an army break shield then log out knowing most times they would get sniped. They might do this multiple time a day.

5) Before you were penalized by being low. Your DE would get zapped regularly and you would not get a free shield with TH out. Now there is no penalty to stay low and loot is better.

I will drop for all of these reasons.

For the first few days low trophies should be the best place to farm.
If it gets too farmed out, I will move up a little.

I'm a th 9 in champs 3. Staying put until I see if the "significant" increase in loot bonus and matchmaking changes make it worth staying up here.

The incentive to stay in titans has dropped so near max 10s in the clan are dropping to at least champs. It should be expected to see normal titan farmers to be in lower leagues. Not only in the clan but many titan th10s have already reported dropping to even as low as silver in these forums.. As a result, champ th10s in the clan are also dropping to masters to test the waters while th11 gemmers will also be around masters/champs. At least that is the plan over here. Lower th in higher leagues will go to silver/gold to run away as well..
