So I am very sure somebody has made this suggestion before. but I have two Idea's for this.
Lycanous (Alpha Werwolf) : It starts off as a man but after ability is unlocked his ability is to morph into a Werewolf. Massive much faster werewolf version (Spawns little werewolfs around him.) His favorite Target (While using ability is Archer Towers/Wizard towers/CC Troops) Due to him being a werewolf when using his ability he could Jump over walls, being a werewolf, if he dies in battle, the CC Troops he either damaged/archer towers he damaged has a lingering poison effect for 5-6seconds doing additional damage.
Aside from that, also make a werewolf troop. (Starting at TH 7) Dark Elixir Troop, That when you upgrade him to level 2 the troop has the ability to turn into a werewolf when he has taken say 25% Damage to his health, as a werewolf he targets Clan Castle Troops first, and then archer towers.
With the way the game is currently set I believe a Werewolf would be a great addition to the troops. The Medieval style of the game would suit it perfectly.
If not using this Idea as a troop, maybe make it a spell called Lycanthropy That turns your troops in the circle into werewolfs for a certain time period.

I like the idea, I'm not so sure about the hero cause with the grand warden they are 3 and a fourth seems like a lot but I definitely like the dark elixir troop
